Insights of Nursing Culture in Taiwan Hospital

借助佑安医疗联盟与台湾花莲慈济医学中心的合作项目,即北京佑安医院每年选派数名护士长赴台湾花莲慈济医学中心进行为期一周的跟班学习,目的:是为了给病人提供更加优质的护理服务,为护理人员提供对外学习与交流的机会,开拓视野,获得经验,通过深入的学习,领会两岸文化的差异,特别是有的台湾医院获得美国JCI认证,注重细节管理,有着先进的管理理念与经验,没有语言障碍。结果:护理文化理念深入人心,主动为病人提供了优质护理服务,优美的环境,护理人员工作的积极性得到充分发挥。同时护士长对护士更加关爱,关心与关注,从而使工作氛围更加轻松、愉快、温暖。

Based on the cooperative project between the YouAn Medical Alliance and the Taiwan ＂HuaLianCiJi＂ Medical Center, several charge nurse will be selected within YouAn hospital each year to participate a week-long learning course held in Taiwan ＂HuaLianCiJi＂ Medical Center. Some main purposes are： firstly, as for patients, to provide more high quality nursing service; secondly, for nursing staff, to offer foreign learning and communication opportunities for widening insights and gaining experience; thirdly, through in-depth studying, to comprehend the cultural differences, especially for some Taiwan hospital that received the JCI authentication; lastly, to attach importance to detail management, acquire advanced management ideas and experience and have no language barrier. Results： the nursing culture idea is kept in mind so that high quality services may be actively provided to patients; facilitating the comfortable environment; fully fulfilling staff work enthusiasm of all staff; at the same time, love, care and attention are increasingly given by charge nurse to her followers so that the working atmosphere may be more relaxed, happy and warm.
