用有限元法分析焊接引起的建筑钢结构变形

摘要 提出了一种适于分析建筑钢结构焊接变形的有限元方法.本法采用具有较强适应性的新型单元,选择简单温度变化函数并根据焊接变形形成特点对焊接过程进行简化计算.与现行焊接变形分析方法相比,本法在满足建筑领域对焊接变形分析的精度要求的同时,更为简便、快速、易于使用.结合具体算例,将本方法的分析结果和SAP2000的分析结果进行对比,结果表明本法是正确和有效的. A finite element method was put forward,which is suitable for analyzing the welding deformation of construction steel structure by using new types of elements that have relatively strong adaptability and selecting simple temperature variation function,hence the calculation of the welding process is simplified according to formation characteristics of the welding deformation.In comparing with the present analysis method of welding deformation,this method is more rapid,convenient and easier to use while meeting the precision requirement of welding deformation analysis on the construction field.Combined with the specific numerical example,the calculation results were compared with those by means of SAP2000,indicating that this method is correct and effective.
