摘要 当前,少数民族语言和传统文化都面临着全球文化和国家主流文化的"同化"与"消解"的双重危机。学校作为传承和发展民族文化的主阵地,黔西南布依族苗族自治州在各级各类学校中开展了民族文化进校园、开发民族文化校本课程、实施民汉双语教育等多种具体实践,多元文化背景下的学校教育成为传递和发展民族文化与民族精神的最佳方式,学校教育对培养少数民族的民族精神、文化认同、文化自觉、文化自豪感有着重要意义。 Nowadays, the ethnic languages and the traditional culture are both facing twin crises: They are being assimilated and digested by the globalization of culture and the mainstream culture. School are the chief positions in which the national culture is inherited and developed .In Qianxinan Buyei and Mao Autonomous prefecture, the national culture is leaded in all types of schools. School-based curriculum on national culture is developed .Also the ethnic-Chinese bilingual education is carried out .In the multicuhural context, the best way to inherit and develop the national culture and national spirit is school education. This has important significance to foster their national spirit, culture approval, culture consciousness and cultural sense of pride.
