摘要
以水杨醛和丙酮为起始原料,合成了4个2-(2H-苯并吡喃-2-酮-3基)-5-取代硫醚-1,3,4-噁二唑衍生物。目标化合物较佳合成工艺条件为:DMF为溶剂,K2CO3为缚酸剂,反应温度为65°C,反应时间为4h,物料投料n[5-巯基2-(2H-苯并吡喃-2-酮-3基)-1,3,4-噁二唑]:(卤代烃)=1.0:1.2。产物经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR以及元素分析确证。
Four novel 3-(5-(substitudelythio)-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-2H-chromen-2-one were designed and synthesized. Under the optimized Conditions:solvent was DMF, acid binding agent was K2CO3, reaction temperature was 65 ℃, reaction time was 4 h, the molar ratio of 3-(5-mercapto-1,3,4-oxadiazol-2-yl)-2H-chromen-2-ones to halogenated hydrocarbons was 1.0: 1.2. Their structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, IR and elemental analyses.
