摘要
文章结合乌鲁木齐职业大学旅游英语课堂教学实践,论述了在旅游英语课堂教学中新型教师角色的定位和转换的必要性及其可行性。英语教学中要以学生为主体,也要以教师为主导,以情景教学为主要手段,注重培养学生英语综合应用能力,尤其是听、说能力,来调动学生的积极性和主动性,逐步提高英语语言交际水平并培养学生独自解决问题的能力。
The author of the paper describes the necessity and feasibility of the teacher' s role and role change in the teaching activities of tourism English class based on the teaching practice in Urumqi Vocational University. English teaching should abide by the principle of taking students as the practicers, teachers as the guide and situation teaching as the leading approach, putting emphasis on students' integral competence promotion, especially on their listening and speaking ability progress. In English class, teachers will have to motivate students' learning enthusiasm and help students improve their English communication level and solve language hard cores.
