In this article,the shortcomings in the biological teaching of higher normal education were outlined.Based on the developmental rules of sciences,economy and society of the new century,and the characteristic of biological teaching of higher education,the reforms in biological teaching pattern,deepen reforms of teaching system and structure of teaching material,together with the reforms teaching methods were proposed.further more,the specific reforms of training high quality “education economy type”biological talents was also produced.
