摘要
目的 :研究 3种赤潮藻对主要生态因子的响应以及藻间的相互作用 .方法 :改变温度及氮 (N)、磷 (P)质量浓度的条件下对单独培养及混合培养下拟菱形藻 (硅藻 )、链状亚历山大藻和锥状施克里普藻 (甲藻 )的增殖情况作比较研究 .结果 :发现两种甲藻的存在能促进硅藻的增殖 ,但需具备一定的条件 :当温度为 2 0℃ ,N、P质量浓度分别达到 967μg/L和 12 8μg/L时 ,混合培养中的拟菱形藻发生了爆发性增殖 ,藻细胞浓度已达到自然界中赤潮发生时的水平 .反之 ,拟菱形藻的存在对其它两种甲藻的生长有抑制作用 .结论
Aim: To investigate the responses of three red tide species of marine phytoplankton to major ecological factors and the interactions among these algae. Method: Comparative study was conducted on growth rate of Pseudonitzschia sp. ( a diatom ), Alexandrium catenella and Scrippsiella trochoidea (two dinoflagelles) under different temperatures and nutrient concentrations (N and P) cultured by mono-species and multi-species styles respectively. Results: Two dinoflagelles promoted the propagation of the diatom, under 20 ℃ and 967 μg/L (N concentration) and 128 μg/L (P concentration), a sharp rise of the growth of Pseudonitzschia sp. propagation occurred in multi-species culture. On the contrary, Pseudonitzschia sp. seemed to depress the growth of two dinoflagellates. Conclusion: Algal interaction may play an important role in red tide occurrence in natural condition. [
