摘要 随着臭氧层破坏的日益严重 ,紫外线 (UVR)对环境的影响越来越引起人们的重视 .本文探讨了UV -B增强对藻类的影响机制及藻类对UV -B的适应机制 .UV -B对藻类有明显的伤害作用 ,损伤的主要目标是蛋白质、DNA和光合色素等物质 ;同时 ,藻类对UV -B也有一定的适应能力 ,其适应的方式主要是逃避、屏障、损伤修复等 .当损伤和修复处于一种平衡状态时 ,不会显现受伤迹象 ;只有当损伤超出修复能力时 。 Because of ozone depletion problem, the effects of UVR on global environment attracts more and more people's attention. The mechanism of UV-B effects on algae and its adaptation to UV-B are investigated and reviewed in this article. Usually UV-B causes obvious damage on algae. The main attacking targets are protein, DNA and photosynthetic pigments. On the other hand, algae have developed several ways to adapt UV-B radiation, which are avoiding, shielding, repairing, ect. As repairing is in equilibrium with the damage, algae do not show any injury. However, when the damage exceeds repairing ability, the injured symptoms appears. [
