摘要
德国职业教育教师准入机制是德国职业教育制度的重要组成部分,对德国劳动者素质提高、产品质量提升及国民经济在国际上的持久竞争力起着极为重要的作用。本文通过对比分析中德职业教育教师准入资格、聘用程序、工作效果,提出了加强和改进我国职业教育教师队伍建设的思路和措施。
Entry mechanism for teachers of vocational education is an important part of the regulations of vocational education in Germany. This has played a pivotal role in educating workers, increasing product quality and maintai- ning a long -lasting competitive advantage in national economy globally. Based on comparisons of prerequisites for entry into the sector, procedures for recruiting, and effectiveness for vocational education in China and Germany, this paper proposed to strengthen and improve strategy and methods for building up teams of vocational education teachers in China.
