终身教育框架下美国社区学院教育职能分析及启示

On roles of American community college education under the framework of lifelong education and their implication for vocation education in China

文章从教育功能、办学模式、国家战略、招生制度等方面分析了终身教育框架下美国社区学院的办学特色,在此基础上结合对我国职业教育分析,从面向人人的职业教育、大资源观的职业教育、公益性的职业教育等方面就如何借鉴美国社区学院的办学经验,按照终身教育理念发展我国职业教育提出了初步的想法。

This paper includes detailed analysis of the characteristics of American community colleges within the framework of lifelong education. Based on the above analysis and understanding on Chinese vocational education, the author proposes several ideas on how to improve vocational education in China within the framework of lifelong education, and suggests that Chinese vocational colleges could learn from American community colleges on broade- ning own impact, embracing a larger variety of resources, as well as increasing non - profit activities.
