南洋理工学院办学理念对导游专业建设的启示

新加坡南洋理工学院经过多年的探索,对职业教育形成了自己独特的办学理念。本文重点介绍了新加坡南洋理工学院的办学特色,"无界化"管理、"双轨制"的教学系统、"教学工厂"模式和"无货架寿命"师资开发。结合我校导游专业建设特点,深入分析了导游专业建设如何运用南洋理工学院的办学理念,形成具有自身特色的专业建设思路。

After many years exploration and practice, Singapore NanYang Polytechnic （NYP） has formed its unique educational rationale. This paper introduced the educational characteristics of NYP, such as ＂without borderline＂ conceive, ＂teaching factory＂ idea and ＂school and enterprise cooperate＂ idea, etc. Combining the characteristics of constructing of Tour Guide Major in our college, this paper deeply analyzed how to use NYP ＇ s educational rati- onale in constructing Tour Guide Major and form its own educational characteristics in specialty construction.
