摘要
"双师型"师资队伍建设已成为高职院校人才培养工作重点,作为北京市职业院校教师培训基地,我们在高职院校教师培训工作实践中发现存在有学习内驱力不足的问题。我们对此进行了较为深入的思考,力求挖掘出问题背后的潜在因素,并从学校、个人层面初步提出了几点关于提高教师培训中学习内驱力的建议。
Building up a faculty team of "double quality" has become an important part of personnel development in higher vocational colleges. When working at Beijing vocational college teachers training base, the author found that many teachers are often in lack of motivation to study. To dig out possible factors behind these issues, the author conducted in -depth thinking on that, and made recommendations.
