天津市某医学院校学生对艾滋病相关知识的知晓情况 被引量:1

Aware of aIDS-related knowledge among students in a medical college of Tianjin City

摘要 目的旨在了解医学本科生艾滋病,又称获得性免疫缺陷综合征(AIDS)相关知识的知晓情况,为开展AIDS综合防治工作提供背景资料。方法 2011年2月采用分层整群随机抽样方法,抽取天津市某医学院校10个专业的在校本科生共计997人。采用匿名填写方式进行一般人口学资料、AIDS相关知识的问卷调查。结果收回有效问卷986份,学生的平均年龄为(21.928±1.302)岁。在调查的12个AIDS知识问题中,有8个问题的知晓率均为90%以上,但仅有60.2%的人知晓"蚊虫叮咬不会传播人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)"。结论该医学院校医学本科生对AIDS知识的知晓率普遍较高,但尚不全面。 [ Objective] To understand the medical undergraduates' awareness about AIDS related knowledge, and provide back-ground material for further AIDS comprehensive prevention. [ Methods ] Stratified random cluster sampling method was used to ex-tract 997 medical undergraduates of altogether 10 majors. Questionnaire survey was conducted by anonymous way, including general demographic data,AIDS related knowledge. [Results] A total of 986 valid questionnaires were collected, with the average student age of ( 21. 928 ±1. 302 ). Of all surveyed 12 questions about AIDS knowledge, the awareness rate of 8 questions were above 90%, and only 60.2% of students knew " mosquito does not spread HIV". [ Conclusion] Students'awareness about AIDS knowledge is generally high in this college, but still not comprehensive.
