摘要
目的调查分析武鸣县首次发现的饮用水中氟化物超标的原因和造成的影响。方法采用描述流行病学分析方法,对水质氟化物超标的饮水工程展开调查。结果该饮水工程水质含氟量2.71~4.0 mg/L,检查当地25名8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率为100%,中度氟斑牙占36%,结论饮用该饮水工程水源水的武鸣县双桥镇八桥村坡重屯、所丰屯为饮水型地方性氟中毒病区,病区程度划分为中度。建议尽快封堵高氟水源,更换安全饮用水源,进一步加强农村生活饮用水卫生监测工作的力度。
[ Objective] To investigate and analyze the cause of first discovery of unqualified fluoride level in drinking water in Wum-ing County, and its influence. [ Methods ] The drinking water project with unqualified fluoride level was investigated by the descrip-tive epidemiological method. [ Results] The fluorine content in this drinking water project was 2.71-4.0 mg/L. The prevalence rate of dental fluorosis was 100% among 25 children aged 8-12 years old in this area, and the moderate dental fluorosis accounted for 36%. [Conclusion]Pozhong Tuen and Suofeng Tuen in Baqiao Village of Shuangqiao Town of Wuming County, where use this drinking water project as the source of water, are the drinking water type endemic fluorosis areas, and the degree is the moderate. It is recommend that the source of water with the unqualified fluoride level should be blocked and replaced by safe drinking water as soon as possible, so as to further strengthen the health monitoring of rural drinking water.
