摘要
目的查明昆山市某宾馆中毒事件发生经过及原因,杜绝类似事件的发生,保障消费者身体健康。方法现场监测,卫生学调查和流行病学调查分析。结果共有10名中毒患者,中毒症状符合CO中毒表现,经治疗所有病例在入院2 h后恢复正常。经客房空气监测,CO浓度超标。调查发现锅炉排气与消防排气管道设计不当,两者并行,中间仅有一层砖砌隔墙,且隔墙出现裂隙。结论该事件为酒店锅炉排气管道与消防管道中间隔墙出现裂隙,使得锅炉废气进入消防管道,CO通过消防吸风口泄漏进入客房所致。
[ Objective ] To identify the process and reasons of poisoning incident in a hotel of Kunshan City, prevent the occurrence of similar events, and protect consumers' health. [ Methods ] The on-site monitoring, hygienic investigation and epidemiological in-vestigation were adopted. [ Results] There were a total of 10 poisoning patients, and their symptoms of poisoning were in accordance with the performance of Carbon monoxide ( CO ) poisoning. By the treatment, all cases returned to normal 2h after admission. Room air monitoring showed that CO concentration exceeded standard values. Boiler exhaust and fire exhaust pipes were poorly de-signed, which arranged in parallel, the partition of two pipes was just a layer of brick wall, and the partition wall had been slit. [ Conclusion] The reason of the poisoning event is partition wall between boiler exhaust pipes and fire exhaust pipes is cracked, the boiler waste exhaust gas enters the fire exhaust inlet, and CO leaks into the room.
