摘要
报道高效液相色谱分析葡萄糖和山梨醇的方法 固定相采用大孔阳离子交换树脂柱 ,流动相为二次蒸馏水 ,流速 0 .8mL/min ,柱温为室温 在山梨醇的研究中 ,对葡萄糖加氢还原后生成山梨醇的混合液进行分离测定 ,分离效果达到定量分析的要求 。
A method for analysing glucose and sorbitol by high performance liquid chromatography is reported. If the macropore cation exchange resin column,mobile phase H 2O and flow rate 0.8mL/min at room temperature are selected, the samples have been separated and determined by this method,and the results are satisfactory.
