摘要
探讨毛细管电泳对B族维生素的分离分析的最佳电泳条件 结果表明 :胶束电动力学毛细管色谱是分离分析B族维生素的一种有效的毛细管电泳操作模式 ;不同缓冲液及其pH对分离结果影响很大 ,10 0mmol/L硼酸钠缓冲液 (pH8 5)比较适合B族维生素的分离分析 ;毛细管温度、运行电压对分离也有较大影响 在 35cm× 50 μm未涂渍石英毛细管条件下 ,采用pH8 5,附加 50mmol/LSDS的 10 0mmol/L硼酸钠缓冲液 ,毛细管温度 2 0℃ ,运行电压 5~ 8kV ,能将水溶性维生素有效地分离 应用该电泳条件对“们泰其”麦绿宝进行维生素B6 、烟酸含量测定 ,结果表明该测定方法重复性较好 。
Investigation on the electrophoresis conditions of vitamins B separation by capillary electrophoresis showed that Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography (MECC) was a workable operating mode of capillary electrophoresis for vitamins B separation; different electrophoresis buffers and their pH had distinct effects on vitamins B separation, and 100mmol/L sodium borate (pH8.5) was a suitable candidate for electrophoresis buffer. Separation of vitamins B was also affected by the capillary temperatures and voltages. Under the conditions of 35cm×50μm uncoated capillary, 100 mmol/L sodium borate (pH8.5) with 50mmol/L SDS, capillary temperature 20℃, voltage 5~8kV, vitamins B can be readily separated. The result also showed that the contents of vitamin B 6 and nicotinic acid determined by this method were highly reproducible.
