In this paper,the realization of PLCS intelligent control for mix allocation system of a lime furnace is discussed. The intelligent control system has many virtues,for example,stabilization,all complete function,handy operation,exact metage,uniform mix allocation,etc.Application has proved that the system makes conditions of lime furnaces steady in the course of production,the calx activity high,and that the concentration of carbon dioxide gas exceeds design request far and away,which has produced good economic benefits and social effect.
