摘要
简要论述用户体验和可用性理论,介绍用户体验调查方法、调查对象等,以提高用户在使用清华大学手机图书馆网站过程中的体验水平。从页面信息的展示机制、用户行为的导引机制和用户错误行为的预防与纠正机制三个方面提出可用性设计方案,结合用户体验调查的结果,分析用户对这些方案的满意程度,同时对一些新方案实施的必要性进行检验。根据设计和调查过程中总结的经验及国内外手机应用的研究成果,提出手机图书馆网站的可用性设计原则。
Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the theories of users' experience and usability, and clarifies the methodology and subjects of user experience investigation in this program. It proposes usability design scheme from three aspects of display mechanisms for webpage information, guiding mechanisms for user behavior, and preventive and corrective mechanisms for user error behavior, in order to improve the level of user experience when using Tsinghua mobile library. Combining with the investigation results, it analyses users' satisfaction degree towards these schemes and tests the necessity to carry them out. Finally, it presents usability design principles of the mobile library website on the basis of the experience summarized from the design and investigation processes and research achievements in the mobile applications at home and abroad.
