摘要
将学科馆员的各种能力划分为知识＆技能、资源＆管理＆应用、营销＆教学、评价＆发展4个维度，以及必备知识、必备技能、资源获取、知识管理、科研能力、营销能力、教学能力、评价反思、发展创新9个能力层次，建立学科馆员能力云模型，并将模型在学科馆员的选拔、培训和绩效考核中予以应用。
This paper divides the abilities of subject librarian into four modules which are knowledge ＆ skills, resources ＆ management ＆ application, marketing ＆ teaching, assessment ＆ development, and nine capabilities which are necessary knowledge, necessary skills, resource achieving, knowledge management, capacity for scientific research, marketing ability, teaching ability, assessment ＆ reflection, and development ＆ innovation. The subject librarian abilities clouds model are constructed and applied to subject librarian＇ s selection, training and performance appraisal.
