摘要
通过实验研究了改进的Scheibel萃取塔中分散相的停留时间分布,考察了操作条件、物性参数对分散相停留时间分布的影响.使用脉冲示踪法测量分散相的停留时间分布曲线,使用多釜串联模型处理数据,并通过因次分析法建立了一个计算模型参数为n的关联式.计算值与实验值的最大相对偏差为-14%,平均相对偏差为±5.9%.通过该式计算n,可以得到给定条件下分散相的停留时间分布,有助于进一步研究两相的传质行为.
Experiments were designed to study the influence of operation conditions and system physical properties on the residence time distribution (RTD) of the dispersed phase in the modified Scheibel extraction column. RTD of the dispersed phase was measured with the pulse tracer method. The model parameter n of the perfect mixing tanks-in- series model was obtained and a correlation was proposed. The maximum relative error for all data is --14% and the mean relative error is±5.9% The correlation can be used to study the RTD of the dispersed phase in the modified Scheibel extraction column.
