摘要 针对采用临界值法投切变压器会造成变压器的频繁投切、影响电气开关寿命、降低电力系统可靠性的问题,基于短期预测到的未来1d的负荷数据,将给定的时间段划分为多个时间区间,引入改进后的模糊决策法对时间区间影响进行数学优度值计算,进而选出最优对象,并通过算例进行了仿真。结果表明,改进后的模糊决策法简单,适用于解决配电变压器经济运行时投切时机的选取问题,且在降低变压器自身综合功率损耗的同时,减少了变压器相关电气元件的投切次数,延长了使用寿命,提高了电力系统的可靠性,减少了投资,满足经济运行和工程应用的要求。 Traditional critical value method will cause the operation mode of transformer change frequently. The serv- ice life of electrical switch and the reliability of power system will be influenced. The load data in the coming days based on short-term forecast, the given period is divided into many time interval. Through with the improved fuzzy decision method, the time interval is calculated by the mathematical optimization value. Then the best object is selected and it sim- ulates with examples. The results show that an improved fuzzy decision method is simple; it is fit for solving the problem of switching timing of the distribution transformer economic operation and reducing the comprehensive power loss; the switching number of electrical components is decreased and service life is extended~ it also improves power system reliabil- ity and reduces investment cost~ it satisfies the requirements of economic operation and engineering applications.
