摘要
为强调风险对各项目目标的直接影响、突出项目目标之间的差异性,运用三角模糊数方法建立了基于项目目标的电网建设项目风险模糊评价模型,并结合西宁市某330kV变电站项目的实际情况,运用该模型评价了变电站项目的部分施工风险,根据评价结果对风险进行了描述和排序,从而验证了模型的实用性和可行性,同时为保证模型的准确性,在模型的实际应用中需根据项目情况调整模型的相关参数。
For emphasizing the direct risk impact on each project objective and highlighting the difference among pro- ject objectives, construction risk fuzzy assessment model of grid project based on project objective was established by u sing triangular fuzzy number method. Combined with 330 kV substation project in Xining city, this paper used the model to assess some construction risks. Based on the assessment results, the risk was described and ranked, which demonstra ted the practicality and feasibility of the proposed model. Meanwhile, the model parameters should be adjusted in practical application so that the accuracy of the model could be ensured.
