考虑输电阻塞的燃气分布式发电备用辅助服务投资优化研究

摘要 在低碳电力背景下,为解决长期输电阻塞问题,构建了燃气分布式发电备用辅助服务投资优化模型,该模型在充分考虑燃气分布式发电机组选址及最佳规模的基础上,以输电阻塞成本和投资总成本之和最小为目标,通过潮流优化和成本效益分析进行迭代获取最优解,并通过算例进行了验证。结果表明,燃气分布式发电备用机组能有效解决输电阻塞和输电容量不足的问题,且具有一定的经济性,同时长期投资决策取决于燃气分布式发电机组投资的机会成本,而这些成本与可用输电容量和阻塞程度紧密相关。 With the development of low-carbon electricity, investment optimization model of gas distributed genera- tion reserve ancillary service is built to solve long-term transmission congestion problem. By taking the location and opti- ma~ size of gas distributed generators into consideration, the model undertakes power flow optimization and cost-benefit a- nalysis in order to realize the minimum of transmission congestion costs and total investment costs, which is verified by example. The result shows that gas distributed generation reserve units can effectively solve the problem of transmission congestion and insufficient transmission capacity, and it has certain economic benefits. At the same time, long-term in- vestment decision depends on the opportunity cost of investment in distributed gas generators, which is closely related to the available transmission capacity and the degree of congestion.
