峨眉含笑扦插繁殖研究

Study on Cutting Propagation of Michelia wilsonii

以3、5、8、10a生健壮无病虫害的实生峨眉含笑为试材,采用5因素4水平正交实验设计,研究了母株年龄、激素种类、处理浓度、插条在激素中的浸泡时间和扦插基质对峨眉含笑扦插生根的影响。结果表明:对峨眉含笑生根影响最大的因素是母株年龄和植物生长调节剂的种类。峨眉含笑扦插的最佳组合是A1B4C4D4E4,即采用3a生健康母株上的半木质化枝条,ABT1生根剂400mg/L浸泡处理8h后扦插在腐殖土∶珍珠岩1∶1的基质中,嫁接苗易于生根。

Taking 3,5,8,10 years old of strong,no diseases and insect infected Michelia wilsonii as materials, the effects of five factors about age,type of auxin,auxin Concentration, processing time and media on Michelia wilsonii semi-lignified cuttings were studied by L16 （45 ） orthogonal experiment. The results showed that age and type of auxin were two remarkable factors for cutting rooting. The best combination of Michelia wilsonii semi-lignified cutting was A1 B4 （24 D4 E4, in which the semi-lignified branches from 3-year parent tree were used and soaked with 400 mg/L ABTi for 8 hours and inserted in the media of muck ： pearlite （V ： V=1 ： 1）.
