摘要
以1株解淀粉芽孢杆菌为出发菌,采用Box-Behnken试验及响应面分析相结合的方法对其产抗菌素的发酵培养基进行优化。结果表明:最佳培养基配方为C源淀粉1.88%,N源牛肉膏1.76%,酵母膏0.74%,KH2PO40.25%,K2HPO40.1%,(NH4)2SO40.08%。通过优化产抗菌素培养基,抗菌素的抑菌圈直径由优化前的19.2mm提高到优化后的27.2mm,提高了41.7%。
The Box-Behnken experiment and response surface analysis method were combined to optimize the fermentation medium of a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The results showed that the optimal fermentation medium formula consisted of 1.88% starch,1.76% beef extract,0. 74% yeast extract, KH2 PO4 0. 25%, K2 HPO4 0. 1%, (NH4)2 SO4 0. 08%. There was a 41.7% increase in the yield of antibacterial peptides obtained using the optimal fermentation medium, compared with that before optimization.
