日光温室信息技术的应用特点

摘要 现根据多年生产实践,对日光温室信息采集技术诸多应用特点,如需要硬件设备在恶劣环境下具有超常的可靠性,现场人员科技素质普遍较低应实现无人值守和免操作化,为降低硬件成本系统应广泛兼容各种廉价非标信号探头,自动控制应采用多因素数值逻辑混合控制,效果寻优与动态阈值,历史数据定时追溯分析结果作为系统提示变量,系统结构简单化,低响应速度与超常延时性,需要大量的试验数据支撑,机械运动类日光温室环境调控自控执行设备可靠性需要很高等进行了分析,并在此基础上提出了解决方案,为日光温室环境信息采集技术的改进提供了依据。 According to the production practice for many years, many application characteristics of information collection technology in solar greenhouse were analyzed, mainly including: need hardware equipment in bad environment with supernormal reliability,the field staff science and technology quality were generally low should be realized unattended and avoid operationalization;in order to reduce the hardware cost system should be broad compatible with all kinds of cheap non-standard signal probe; automatic control multiple factors should be adopted numerical logic mixed control; effect optimization and dynamic threshold value; the historical data timing trace analysis results as system prompt variable; system structure simplification;low speed of response and supernormal delay sex; need a large number of experimental data support;mechanical movement kind of solar greenhouse environment regulation control execute equipment reliability needs high. On this basis, the solution for solar greenhouse environment information collection technology were put forward to provide a basis for improvement.
