液压式手提汽车轮胎压胎机的设计与实现

摘要 采用液压驱动、机械分离的原理,设计便于携带并适应野外条件下汽车轮胎拆卸的专业工具,实现汽车轮胎拆卸工具的创新,为部队完成摩托化输送任务提供技术支撑。同时,军民两用的功能特点,也为道路沿途轮胎修补个体专业户和小型车辆维修企业,提供了快捷方便和降低劳动强度的新型作业工具。通过对汽车轮胎拆卸过程的研究分析,明确了液压式手提汽车轮胎压胎机的功能指标和结构设计,完成了受力机构的校核计算,实现了功能要求。 Adopting the theory of hydraulic we design a professional tire dismantled machine which is portable and can be used outdoor. It could innovate tire dismantled machines and offer technique support for army motorization and transportation. Besides, the functional characteristic that it could be used both in the army and in civil field makes it a convenient and labor-saving new facility for roadside single repairmen and miniature auto repair corporations. By analyzing auto tire dismantle process, we nail down the functional target and structure designation, accomplish the calculation of strength framework and implement the functional demand.
