Expression and Significance of Livin and p53 Protein in Endometrial Adenocarcinoma

目的检测Livin和p53蛋白在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达，探讨二者在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达及意义。、方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测50例子宫内膜腺癌组织、25例不典型增生子宫内膜组织、15例正常子宫内膜组织中Livin与p53蛋白的表达。结果Livin和p53在子宫内膜腺癌组织中的表达均明显高于不典型增生和正常子宫内膜组织（P〈0．05），Livin和p53的表达在子宫内膜腺癌不同组织学分级中差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。Livin与p53在子宫内膜腺癌中的表达存在正相关性（H=0．423，P〈0．01）。结论Livin和p53的异常表达可能在子宫内膜腺癌的发生、发展中有密切关系，对其联合检测有助于子宫内膜腺癌的早期诊断及预后。

Objective To study the expression and significance of Livin and p 53 protein in endometrial adenocarcinoma .Meth-ods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of Livin and p 53 protein in 50 cases of endometrial adenocarcinoma ,25 cases of atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and 15 cases of normal endometrium .Results The expression of Livin and p53 in endometrial adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than those in simple endometrial hyperplasia and endometrial atypical hyperplasia （P〈0.05）.There was significant difference in the expression of Livin and p 53 between endometrial adenocarcinomas of different histological grades （P〈0.05）. There was positively related between the expression of Livin and p 53 in endometrial adenocarcinoma （rs=0.423,P〈0.01）.Conclusion The abnormal expression of Livin and p53 may plays important roles in oneogenesis and progression of endometrial adenocarcinoma .Detection of Livin together with p53 is valuable for early diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis for endometrial adenocarcinoma .
