摘要 为了在大尺度空间内实现更高的测距精度,把激光测距转化为通过测量微波频率测距,提出了一种基于光电振荡器原理的高精度测距方法。该方法利用光电振荡器产生的低相位噪声、稳定、频谱干净的微波信号,把被测距离作为谐振腔的一部分加入到反馈回路中形成震荡,将长度信息转化为频率信息,利用基频的N次谐波进行测量,将测量误差大大降低,实验表明该方法能够达到10μm的分辨力。本文讨论了制约其稳定和实际应用的主要因素,提出了可能的发展方向和改进措施。 To realize higher accuracy of distance measurement in large scale, turn the laser distance measurement into nricrowave frequency measurement, a large scale measurement method based on the optoelectronic oscillator is established. The microwave signal is low phase noise,stable and spectrum clean produced by optoelectronic oscillator. It was used as a part of feedback loop to create oscillation. The distance information was turned into frequency information. Take use of the N harmonic frequency to measure the distance can reduce the measurement error. Preliminary experimental results are reported, the system measuring discrimination is better than 10 μm. The main factors of what restrict its stability and the practical application are analyzed. The direction of development and improve measures are proposed.
