摘要
成形磨齿是硬齿精加工之一 ,影响其精度及其效率的关键是砂轮修整器。本文在新研制的砂轮修整器上 ,对斜齿轮的成形磨削逼近法进行了研究。还对磨削斜齿轮替代基圆尺寸进行了尺寸系列化 ,并对一定模数、齿数斜齿轮的成形磨削进行了优化计算。
Form-grinding of gears is one of hard footh proce ss ing, the precision and efficiency of which are affected by dressers. This paper has studied the approaching method of helical gears. For thermore, Its substitut e base circle dimensions have been standardized, and the modalus and the form-g rinding of helical gears a have also been caculated optimistically.
