2011年河南省登封市外环境病原菌监测分析

Surveillance and analysis of pathogenic bacteria in external environment in Dengfeng City of Henan Province,2011

目的了解登封市外环境中病原菌的变化趋势及病原分布特点,为制定预防措施提供参考依据。方法收集外环境(家畜、家禽粪便)标本,送实验室检验;利用Epi Data 3.1软件对检测数据进行统计、分析。结果采集外环境标本340份,84份阳性外环境粪便标本中,40株O157(43.48%)、耶尔森氏菌28株(30.43%)、18株OX+(19.57%)、沙门氏菌3株(3.26%)、伤寒沙门氏菌3株(3.26%)。结论初步揭示了河南省登封市外环境中存在的流行病原谱。

Objective To understand change trend of the pathogenic bacteria and distribution features in external environ- ment in Dengfeng City, and provide reference for formulating prevention measures. Methods Stool samples in external environment （livestock, domestic fowl） were collected, and detected at laboratory. Statistics and analysis were made by using software Epi Data 3.1. Results There were 340 samples collected in external environment. Out of 84 positive samples from external environment, there were 40 strains of O157 （43.48%）, 28 strains of Yersinia （30.43%）, 18 strains of OX＋ （19.57%）, 3 strains of Salmonella （3.26%）, and 3 strains of Salmonella typhi （3.26%）. Conclusions The spectrum of pathogenic of external environment in Dengfeng is initially revealed.
