化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎76例

Huayu Xiaowei Decoction for Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis in 76 Cases

目的:观察化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:将151例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为两组:治疗组76例予自拟化瘀消萎汤,1剂/d,对照组予维酶素片,1g,3次/d。两组均以3个月为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,观察两组临床疗效、症候积分变化及胃镜像变化。结果:治疗组总有效率90.8%,对照组69.3%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组在胃脘刺痛、胃脘胀满、面色暗滞、纳差、黑便症候积分比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组胃镜影像变化比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀消萎汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Huayu Xiaowei decoction （HXD） in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Method： One hundred and fifty-one patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group of 76 cases was given self-made HXD I dose daily.The control group was given vitacoenzyme tablets, 1 g, tid.In the two groups, three months were selected as a course of treatment.The treatment was lasted for 2 courses.For evaluation of the clinical efficacy, changes in symptom scores and gastroscope images were investigated. Result： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.8%, and that of the control group was 69.3%.The comparison of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The symptom scores of stomach tingling, stomach fullness, facial darkness, anorexia and melena in the two groups showed statistical significances（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： HXD is effective for the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.The data provide a reference for colleagues working in the same area.
