加强配置中心护士手卫生依从性的持续质量改进

To strengthen continuous quality improvement of compliance of hand hygiene of allocation center nurses

目的加强配置中心护士手卫生依从性的持续质量改进,以降低医院感染率。方法对120名护士在持续质量改进前(对照组)和持续质量改进后(观察组)的手卫生执行情况进行对比分析。结果改进前执行率、合格率分别为55.0%、66.0%,改进后执行率、合格率分别为95.0%、96.0%,在运用持续质量改进方法后对于配置中心护士手卫生执行率、合格率明显提高。结论运用持续质量改进的方法能够有效监督和管理医护人员手卫生的落实,值得在临床推广。

OBJECTIVE To strengthen the continuous quality improvement of the hand hygiene compliance of the nurses in the allocation center so as to reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections. METHODS The implementation of the hand hygiene of 120 nurses was compared before （the control group） and after （the observation group）the continuous quality improvement. RESULTS The execution rate and the qualified rate were respectively 55.0 % and 66.0% before the continuous quality improvement and were 95. 0% and 96. 0% after the continuous quality improvement, indicating that both the execution rate of the hand hygiene and the qualified rate of the allocation nurses were significantly improved. CONCLUSION The continuous quality improvement can effectively supervise the implementation of hand hygiene of the nurses, which is worthy of the clinical promotion.
