摘要 目的分析2011年多药耐药非发酵菌的分布特点及耐药性,为临床控制多药耐药菌感染提供有效依据。方法采用法国生物梅里埃公司ATB鉴定仪进行病原菌鉴定,K-B纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果 736株非发酵菌中检出多药耐药非发酵菌113株,检出率为15.4%;其中多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDRAB)70株,多药耐药铜绿假单胞菌(MDRPA)43株,分别占61.9%、38.1%,两者均出现泛耐药菌株;以呼吸道标本为主,占74.3%,主要分布于ICU,占54.0%;多药耐药非发酵菌除对多黏菌素B 100.0%敏感,对头孢哌酮/舒巴坦保持较大活性,耐药率<20.0%外,对其他14种常用抗菌药物耐药率介于65.0%~100.0%。结论合理使用抗菌药物,加强消毒和隔离措施是降低和控制医院感染最有效的方法。 OBJECTIVE To provide an effective basis for clinical control of infections caused by multidrug-resistant non-fermenting bacteria by analyzing the distribution and drug resistance of multidrug-resistant non fermenting bacteria. METHODS The French Merieux ATB expression automated analysis system was used for bacterial identification, and the drug susceptibility testing was performed by K-B methods. RESULTS Totally 113 of 736 strains of non fermenting bacteria showed multidrug-reslstant,accounting for 15.4 %, among which there were 70 (61.9 % ) strains of multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDRAB) and 43 (38.1 %) strains of multidrugresistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and the pandrug-resistant strains have emerged. The strains were mainly isolated from the respiratory specimens, accounting for 74.3 %, which mainly distributed in the ICU, accounting for 54.0 % ; the multidrug-resistant non-fermenting bacteria were 100.0 % sensitive to colistin and remained highly resistant to cefoperazone-sulbactam with the drug resistance rate less than 20.0 %, and the drug resistance rate to other 14 commonly used antibiotics varied from 65.0 % to 100.0 %. CONCLUSION It is the most effective way to reduce and control the nosocomial infections by reasonably using antibiotics and strengthening the disinfection and isolation.
