地沟油的Terahertz波谱检测方法初探 被引量:7

摘要 利用Terahertz(THz,太赫兹)波谱技术测量了两种地沟油(反复烹炸过的大豆油和花生油)及其对照用的植物油(未使用过的大豆油和花生油)在(0—3.0)THz范围内的时域谱和频域吸收谱,并通过实验得到两组油的折射率、吸收系数等重要光学参数。采用太赫兹时域光谱分析技术(THz-TDS)对波谱进行显示和分析,分析结果表明两组油中反复烹炸过的油和未使用过的油在此波段的波谱和光学特性显著不同,并且会随着频率的增加而变化,表明经过高温的植物油可以通过这种方法与相应的未使用过的植物油进行鉴别,这为利用太赫兹波谱技术检测地沟油提供了重要的理论依据。 The two kinds of waste oil composed of boiled earthnut oil and boiled soybean oil and their corre- sponding vegetable oil were detected using Terahertz Spectroscopy Measurement Technology for their time domain spectroscopy and frequency domain spectroscopy in (0--3.0) THz range. By experiment, The refractive index, absorption coefficient and other important optical parameters of the two groups of oil were obtained. THz time do- main Spectroscopy(THz-TDS) method is used to display and analyze their spectroscopy, and the results show that the spectroscopy and other optical parameters of the boiled oil and the unused oil in each group are different signal- ly, and change with frequency variation, which prompts us the waste oil can be identified by this kind of method. The important theoretical basis is provided for waste oil detection utilizing terahertz spectroscopy.
