阐述了团队建设评价的意义,并建立了一个团队建设评价模型,最后,运用该模型进行案例分析.该文对企业主管部门考核管理团队,以及提高团队建设的效果很有意义.
The thesis sets forth the importance of team--building evaluation, and sets up a model of team--building evaluation. The author analyses a case with the model. The thesis can help the leaders of enterprises to assess and manage their teams more effectively, and to improve the effect of team--building.
