摘要 本文采用AAS、XRD、EPMA、紫外-可见光谱和EXAFS等测试手段研究电浮法玻璃着色层的微观结构与着色性能之间的相互关系.探讨了电浮法玻璃的着色机理,认为其着色可分为三个过程,电解过程-还原过程-显色过程;确定了电浮法玻璃的阳极(熔融合金)的电解过程,探讨了电浮法玻璃钢化褪色的原因. The relationship between the optical properties of electro-float glass and the microstructure of its colouring layer has been studied by ASS, XRD, electron probe microanalysis, ultra violet-visibles spectrum and EXAFS. The colouring mechanism of electro-float glass has been approached and its colouring process is divided into three stages; (a) electrolysis; [b] reduction; [c] colouring. The electrolytic process of the anode (fusion alloy) has been determined. The reason of its fading after toughening has been inquired into.
