高真空强静电场下等规聚丙稀薄膜微晶生长形态研究

摘要 使用SEM研究了在高真空强静电场下等规聚丙烯薄膜微晶生长的形态.实验发现,在高真空强静电场下,等规聚丙稀薄膜微晶沿静电场方向生长成树枝状,而未经静电场处理的薄膜,其微晶向四月均衡生长成树枝形球晶,无取向. The micro--crystal morphology of isotactic polypropylene (iPP) films grown in different electrostatic fields has been investigated by means of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). The experimental results show that the micro--crystal morphology of iPP films is heavily dependent on electrostatic fields. It is found that the growth in the electrostatic field leads to the formation of dendrite crystals aligned in the field direction. However, iPP micro--crystals grow into spherulite without electrostatic field, and have no crystal orientation.
