摘要
起步工况是汽车 AMT系统自动离合器最佳接合规律研究的难点 .经分析 ,油门开度、发动机状况、档位、载荷等是影响接合品质的主要因素 .对发动机状态进行非线性参考模型自适应监测 ,可以有效地防止发动机熄火或失速 .滑摩功和冲击度是相互制约的性能指标 ,本文建立综合最优目标泛函 ,根据极小值原理 ,实行最优控制 .影响接合过程的参数在最佳接合规律中表达为显式形式 ,便于精确控制和深入分析各种因素对接合过程影响的动力学机理 .通过实验和仿真分析 ,比较典型工况下不同操作方式的接合品质 ,表明自适应最优控制有效 。
Start- up working condition is the key to the research of optimal engagementof automatic clutch for AMT.The engagement quality is mainly influenced by throttle angle,engine state,gear ratio and load.The enginestate ismonitored by nonlinearmethod cooperated with model reference adaptive control, which avoids flameoutorfly- off.Since weariscontradicted with smooth running,a tradeoff optimal objec- tive function wassetup and an optimal processcontrol was carried outon the basisof minimum theory.By use of the explicitexpression involving the main facts,the accurate control and furtheranalysis penetrating into the dynamicessence were developed.On the comparison of the engagementquality of differentdriving modes by means of the test and simulation,it is shown that the adaptive optimal control is effective and feasible.
