摘要
提出了一种利用动态系统辨识与最优控制理论相结合确定齿轮修形量的方法 :在实际工况下 ,通过实验采集直齿轮传动系统实际动态信号进行系统辨识 ,然后求取系统的最优控制 ,将其转换为振动最小的修形量 .与已有的试验结果和理论作对比 ,初步证明了此方法是正确而有效的 .
According to the principle of gearmodification,this paperpresented a new method,which deter- mines the modification of spur gear using the dynamic system identification and optimum control theory. On the working conditions,the inputand outputsignals of geartransmission system is sampled.Then the stochastic difference model of the transmission system is identified from the sampled data.Minimizing the criterion of the system,the optimal modification is gained from the optimization referring to the identified model.The comparison is taken with the result of experiments and existing theories,and the method is proved to be correctand invalid.
