摘要
根据系统集成原理、设计技术以及级进冲模设计过程中数据信息的交换和分布规律 ,建立了设计过程与数据信息之间的关系矩阵 ,用并行工程思想构建了级进冲模并行设计体系结构 ,确定了并行设计中的关键环节 .提出了基于并行工程的级进冲模 CAD系统集成框架 ,并抽象出基于并行工程的模具 CAD系统集成框架 .该框架作为对模具设计制造过程中并行工程实施的描述 ,可以为各种模具设计实施并行工程提供理论和方法上的指导 .
Based on the theory &technology of system integration,the relationship matrix between design process and information was established by analysis of design information exchange &distribution princi- ples.The concurrentdesign framework for progressive die was also set up.The key processes of concur- rentdesign were determined.Based on the above methods,concurrent engineering- based CAD system in- tegration framework of progressive die was summed up,and this framework was furtherabstracted to cre- ate a general CAD system integration framework for die &mold concurrentdesign.As the description for the deploymentof concurrentengineering in die &mold design and manufacturing,the lastframework can serve asa guide orreference both in theory and methodologies forimplementing the concurrentengineering in many kinds of die and mold design and manufacturing.
