摘要
基于目前注塑模 CAD/ CAE/ CAM技术缺乏有效的信息交流 ,降低了集成系统的效果 ,为此 ,提出了注塑模协同制造系统模型 ,并阐述了系统实现中环境构造、任务关联与分解、动约束求解、冲突检测与消解等关键技术 ,提出了相应的求解策略 .
The present mold CAD/ CAE/ CAM integration system lacks enough information communica- tion,and the efficiency of the system is depreciated.In order to overcome this drawback,the paper pre- sented an injection mold collaborative manufacturing system.The key techniques of this system were also described in detail,including the environment construction of system,logical correlation and decomposi- tion of tasks,dynamic constrain satisfaction,detection and resolution of conlfict.And the relative resolv- ing methods were putforward.
