摘要
决定级进模工步排样方案优劣的因素错综复杂 ,全面的评价取决于能否合理安排各评价机制在综合时的权重 .文中引入层次分析法 ( AHP) ,用定性与定量相结合的方法解决难以用数学模型描述的工艺决策问题 ,同时针对原方法在工程应用中的缺陷 ,对 AHP方法进行了改进 .给出了基于 AHP的多方案协同式优选决策器的框架 ,并用实例证实了 AHP方法改进后的正确性 .
The factors which effect the quality of the progressive die design plan are sophisticated. To get the bestone depends on whether the weightof each evaluating mechanism is comprehensively rational.In this paper,analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) was introduced as a mathematical modeling tool to solve the problem,which wasimproved to adaptto the application in engineering field.The frame ofcoordinated de- cision maker based on AHP was presented,together with an example to demonstrate the accuracy.
