摘要 建立刀具状态监控特征量与切削参数及刀具状态之间的定量或定性关系是实现刀具状态监控系统的基础 .文中以切削力为监控特征量 ,建立了基于切削参数 (切削深度、进给量、工件材料及刀具材料 )与刀具状态 (主要考虑后刀面磨损量 )的车削力模型 ,设计了车削刀具磨损的试验系统及具体的试验方案 ,并进行了相应的切削试验 .结果证明 ,该模型基本能正确反映车削力信号与刀具状态及各种切削参数之间的关系 . A cutting force model in turning on cutting parameters( the depth of cut,feed rate,workpiece material and tool material) and tool condition( focusing on tool flank wear) was developed.In orderto val- idate the model,the experimental tool condition system on turning and the related detailed experimentation were designed,accompanied with the corresponding experiments.The experiments show that the model can correctly demonstrate the relationship between cutting force signals and tool condition as well as cut- ting parameters.
