摘要
考察了三苄基锡羧酸酯、磺酸酯、三苄基氯化锡、氧化双 (三苄基锡 )、二丁基氧化锡等 8种化合物对苯甲醛、庚醛与乙二醇缩合反应的催化性能 .结果发现 ,三苄基锡氯化物或氧化物中的氯或氧被取代后催化活性发生变化 ,酸根的吸电子能力越强 ,三苄基锡酯的催化活性也越高 .三苄基锡 3-羟基 - 4 -羧基苯磺酸酯的催化性能最好 ,在 90℃ ,催化剂用量 0 .2 % ,反应时间 2 h条件下 ,催化活性近 10 0 % ,选择性 96 %以上 .
The catalytic properties of eightcompounds,tribenzyltin carboxylates,tribenzyltin besylate,tribenzyltin sulfonate,were obserued,inclnding tribenzyltin carboxylates,triben- zyltin besylate,tribenzyltin chloride,dis( tribenzyltin) oxide and so on,for condensation of benzaldehyde and enanthaldehyde with glycal.It was found that changes would take place in the catalytic properties of tribenzyltin compounds when the chlorine or oxygen atom in tribenzyltin chloride or bis( tribenzyltin) oxide was substituted by carboxylates or besylate. Tribenzyltin 3- hydroxyl- 4 - carboxylate was the best catalyst in the eight compounds.The catalytic activity and selectivity were nearly1 0 0 % and over96 % respectively,under optimal conditions:reaction temperature of90℃ ,reaction time of2 h,and the amount of the cata- lyst is 0 .2 0 % .
