2007-2011年我院中药注射剂应用分析

Application Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injections Used in Our Hospital During 2007 - 2011

目的:了解我院中药注射剂的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对我院2007-2011年中药注射剂销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计分析。结果:我院中药注射剂主要用于心脑血管疾病用药、肿瘤治疗及辅助治疗;2007-2010年,中药注射剂总销售金额占全院药品总金额的比例均呈上升趋势,2011年有所下降;2008-2011年心脑血管用药的销售金额均位居第一,其次为肿瘤用药;2007-2011年心脑血管用药的累计DDDs均位居第一;2007-2011年注射用丹参、注射用血栓通、痰热清注射液、黄芪注射液的DDDs均较高,康艾注射液、鸦胆子油乳注射液、艾迪注射液、丹红注射液、喜炎平注射液的DDC相对较高。结论:应继续加大对中药注射剂临床使用的监管,促进临床合理用药。

Objective：To analyze the clinical use of traditional Chinese medicine injections in our hospital so as to provide a reference for their rational use. Methods：The traditional Chinese medicine injections used in our hospital from 2007 to 2011 were analyzed in respect of consumption sum,DDDs, DDC, and so on. Results：The traditional Chinese medicine injections were mainly used for the medication of cardio-cerebrovascular diseases,the treatment and adjuvant therapy of tumors. The sales amount of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the proportion of the total drug consumption in our hospital increased during 2007 - 2010, but decreased in 2011. The sales amount of the drugs for cardio-cerebrovascular diseases ranked the first during 2008 to 2011 followed by the antitumor drugs. During 2007 - 2011 the cumulative DDDs of cardio-cerebrovascular medication ranked the first and the higher DDDs of those medicines presented such as danshen for injection, xueshuantong for injection, tanreqing injection and huangqi injection, and other medicines with relatively high DDDs such as kangai injection, yadanzi oil injection, aidi injection, danhong injection and xiyanpin injection. Conclusion：It is necessary to further strengthen the supervision of clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine injections and promote the rational drug use.
