摘要
目的建立地锦草中鞣花酸含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:OdyssilC18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸(40:60);流速:1.0 mL min-1;检测波长:254 nm;柱温:30℃。结果鞣花酸进样量在0.032~0.476μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为97.3%,RSD为1.4%。结论该方法简便准确,重现性好,可作为地锦草中鞣花酸的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to determine ellagic acid in Herba Euphorbiae. Methods The HPLC system consisted of Odysssil C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5μm) and methanol-0.1%H3PO4 (40 : 60) as the mobile phase at 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelength was 254 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results The calibration curve showed a good linear relationship at 0.032 -- 0.476 μg, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery was 97.3% and RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and repeatable, which can be used for the determination of ellagic acidin in Herba Euphorbiae.
