巨尾桉接种促生菌对根际土壤微生物及营养元素的影响 被引量:13

摘要 将前期筛选的优良促生菌菌株(固氮菌N1、NC、N6,解钾菌9K、14K、40K,解磷菌P1)接种到桉树幼苗上,运用随机区组试验设计进行造林试验。1 a后,通过对其林下根际土壤微生物和土壤营养元素质量分数的分析测定,探讨了促生菌对桉树人工林根际土壤微生物和土壤营养元素的影响。结果表明:接种促生菌的处理中,细菌、放线菌以及真菌的数量较对照有明显地增加(P<0.05)。接种促生菌后,根际土壤中全氮、水解性氮以及有效磷质量分数较对照有显著提高(P<0.05),但土壤速效钾质量分数较对照低。促生菌对桉树人工林地土壤肥力的提升有明显的效果。 An investigation was conducted to inoculate superior PGPR (azotobaeter N1, NC, N6, potassium bacteria 9K, 14K, 40K, phosphate-solubilizing bacteria P1 ) for field afforestation by randomized block design. After measuring the soil rhizo- sphere microorganisms and soil nutrient contents of Eucalyptus plantation, the effect of PGPR on them was determined one year later. The results showed that the numbers of inoculation unripe bacterium processing, bacteria, aetinomyees and fun- gi increase significantly compared with those of control (P〈0.05). The contents of inoculation unripe baeterium, rhizo- sphere soil total nitrogen, hydrolytic nitrogen and effective phosphorus increase significantly compared with those of eontrol ( P〈0.05 ), but the soil available potassium content decreases. Therefore, the soil fertility of the Eucalyptus plantation ean be promoted obviously by PGPR.
