Research on Industrialization Service Platform of University Medical Science and Technology Achievement

针对国内高校医药卫生科技成果产业化服务模式存在的问题和产学研合作中的不足,提出构建高校医药卫生科技成果产业化服务平台,配合产学研平台。优化配置高校和社会的科技资源,将政府、产业、高校、科研机构、金融机构、中介组织连接组成合理、有效的技术产业网络,加快高校医药卫生科技成果的产业化进程。同时,对该服务平台的内涵、组成和功能进行了探讨。

In view of problem existed in service mode of medical science and technology achievement industrialization in domestic universities and inadequacy in academic and research cooperation, the paper establishes the service platform of university medical science and technology achievement industrialization. Combined with the production and research platform, optimal allocation of universities and social science and technology resources, the paper considers that it is useful to get the government, industry, universities, research institutions, financial institutions, intermediary organizations to form a reasonable and effective industrial network to speed up the medical science and technology achievement industrialization process. The thesis discusses the connotation, composition and function of the university medical science and technology achievement industrialization service platform.
